We offer landlord 3 Options of service
1st Option: Fully managed Service – 10% of rent inc VAT
which will include:
Tenants Referencing
Drafting of AST Agreements
Serving the prescribed Information Sheet
Serving the Section 21 Notice requiring possession
Inventory Check in & Check Out reports
Verifying ID Documents under the Right to Rent Scheme
Protecting the Tenants Deposit – under TDS scheme
Informing utility and Local Authority of new Occupancy
Arranging Landlords Certificates
Rental Valuation
Property Inspection Every Six Months.
2nd Option: Let and Rent Service – 8% of the rent inc VAT
Landlords will be responsible for arranging own maintenance and property inspections.
3rd Option: Let Only Service – 6% of rent inc VAT
Once the tenant has been found and all the relevant checks and contract put into place the Landlord then takes the property over including the collection of rent.
PRICING INFORMATON RENTS
The method we use for calculating the weekly rent is
Monthly rent x 12 divided by 52 rounded to the nearest pound.
